Harford Auto Detailing: 166% revenue increase, sustained
Harford Auto Detailing was a successful business stuck at $30,000 per month. They needed more than ad management. They needed a content engine that built trust and authority across the Port Stephens region. We took over the full marketing department, replaced static creative with high-conversion video, and built a multi-stage retargeting funnel. Revenue moved to $80,000 per month and stayed there.
The starting point
Harford Auto Detailing had built a real business. They were profitable, established, and respected locally. But they had hit a $30,000 per month plateau and could not punch through it. The problem was not the service or the offer. It was the absence of a content engine that could communicate the premium quality of the work to a wider audience and convert interest into bookings.
What we changed
We took over the full marketing department, not just the ad management. The shift required content production and campaign architecture working in lockstep, both produced in-house.
- High-conversion video, not static images. We replaced their existing static creative with cinematic video content that showcased the premium quality of every detail. Every shoot was scripted around a specific buyer concern.
- Multi-stage funnel. Cold audiences saw demonstration-led ads. Warm audiences saw social proof. Hot audiences saw "behind the scenes" excellence content. Every retargeting pool got creative built specifically for that stage of intent.
- Trust and authority positioning. Every piece of content was designed to position Harford as the most credible auto detailer in the Port Stephens region, not the cheapest.
- Continuous creative refresh. Winning ads were scaled, fatiguing ones were replaced before performance dropped, all on a 2 to 3 week cycle.
$30k → $80k
Monthly revenue, sustained. A 166% increase.
The results
Monthly revenue moved from $30,000 to $80,000 and held there. This was not a launch spike. The new monthly baseline was sustained through ongoing creative refresh and data-driven scaling. Harford broke through the plateau and stayed broken through.
| Metric | Before | After | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly revenue | $30,000 | $80,000 | 166% increase |
| Annualised revenue impact | $360,000 | $960,000 | +$600,000 |
| Trajectory | Plateaued | Sustained $80k baseline | Plateau broken |
Methodology notes
This was a full-stack engagement: creative production and Meta ads management together, not split across vendors. Every video and ad was produced in-house. Creative was refreshed every 2 to 3 weeks based on performance data, with underperforming variants killed within the first week. The $80k per month figure is the sustained baseline, not a one-month peak.
