Who runs it
Untitled Creative is owner-led by founder Miguel Bruan. Before starting the agency, Miguel held senior sales and business development roles at DocuSign, Birdeye and Overdose Digital, where he built the ANZ new business function from scratch. He stays hands-on with every client's strategy, campaigns and reporting.
Shoots, edits and campaign builds are delivered by a local Sydney team of videographers, editors and Meta ad specialists. No offshore contractors and no white-labelling: you deal with the people doing the work.

The Operating Partnership is how Untitled Creative works with every client. One local team owns your content, your Meta ads and your reporting, on month-to-month terms, so the work has to earn every month. In practice that means four things:
- The creative is the campaign. We shoot for the ads we plan to run, so every video and photo has a job before the camera comes out.
- Revenue over vanity metrics. Weekly reports show leads, bookings and cost per lead, not likes and impressions.
- Capped intake. We take on a limited number of new clients each month so the work stays custom.
- No lock-in. Month to month, with 30 days notice. The results have to earn the next month.
